This seemed like a good freebie deal to go with my latest purchase. Honestly, I'm glad it's free. The rubber had enough stretch to easily fit but the vibrations were weak, at best.

The soft rubber is semi-stretchy, and the butterfly shaped portion containing the vibrating motor has some nice-feeling nubs. After use, it held an odd chemical/musk scent that was unpleasant, overall.

The shape and design aren't bad for what it is and it was definitely stretchy enough. I managed to easily get it around my hand as a way to test it out before play. The size before use is about 2" x 2" but when stretched out it became much longer, without being too tight or constricting. It wasn't hard to get to stay on and in position, but the vibrations weren't nearly strong enough.

It has a vibrating portion, but it's hard to turn on, even after you figure where the 'on switch' is. There's only one setting and it isn't very strong. After only a short time it died, about 20 minutes. Also, when it did work, it was bit loud for its size.

I don't recommend attempting to 'care' for this toy. Price-wise and for what it is, it's much easier to just throw it away after use than attempt to clean it.

It comes in a small plastic wrap, clearly labeled and easy to open.
