It can get caught up in the cock ring a little bit and hurt. But that has nothing to do with the workmanship of the toy itself. Its more of a warning to ya'll.
The toy is fairly quiet. The cock ring is nubbed and smooth at the same time! The controller is really nifty and easy to use. It fits real snug in my hand. It is a very fun toy and I recommend it!


Now the intended use is for couple sex. Of course it goes on the mans penis; the small inner ring goes around the penis and the bigger outer half-ring goes underneath the balls for added support or more of an anchor to stay on better. It takes 3 AAA batteries. The toy is easy to clean. Either with toy cleaner or warm water and mild soap. Super easy. The bull cock ring is a silicone based material. I had an overall great experience with this toy...until it broke! :( I guess i was too rough with the wire. So be careful of that. So I'm not too sure if its fragile or if i just used it so much i was too rough with it.

The honestly best way to use it is ditch the cock ring and just hold it there with the bare bullet. Its strongest without the cock ring to absorb the vibrations. It can be inconvenient at times but so very worth it!
