The honestly best way to use it is ditch the cock ring and just hold it there with the bare bullet. Its strongest without the cock ring to absorb the vibrations. It can be inconvenient at times but so very worth it!

Well, I don't typically masturbate in front of my partner unless he wants me to, as a turn on, or for foreplay.
