Let's talk about Ms. Naomi:

Being my first sleeve, I wasn't really sure what to expect from her but I have to say, after a week of almost daily use, I am really blown away by how she feels.

Lacking the AA batteries for the vibrating bit, the first few sessions were powered by only my hand and luckily the sensation was still amazingly intense. This only intensifies once you do get the batteries and start using Naomi to her full potential.

Up to this point, I still haven't needed to use any lube. Yes, the first few strokes of each session are a bit sticky and slow, but once you start pre-cumming, Naomi makes use of that like a champ and within seconds you are sliding in and out of her with absolutely no problem. This only happens faster when she's vibrating. Also, it may be my imagination, but the last couple times I've used her, it feels like she heats up as I go. On the complaints side of things:
There is a very noticeable odour to this girl which stays on pretty much everything she touches. So I strongly recommend keeping her in a plastic bag when not in use and then washing your hands and prick after you're done with her each time. I've been keeping her in the original box inside another box just to keep my roommate from noticing the smell.

My other issue is that after only a few uses the sleeve is already starting to separate from the head. There's a rip in the plastic that gets a little bigger with each use. I'm not too upset about it because when they eventually separate, I'll still be able to use the sleeve and the vibrating head on their own, but it is a bit disheartening for this to be happening after only a week.

Currently she's priced at just over $20. I've had her a week and already I think she was a steal. Certainly worth the money.
