This is the first c-ring we have ever used. I ordered the TitanMen Stretch-to-Fit because I really wasn't sure how to figure out what size we're "supposed" to use, and this particular one seems to be an all around ideal ring for beginners. It is stretchy but has quite some resistance, not too big or small, and wide so it won't cut in. It is highly suggested to make sure pubic area is very trimmed if not entirely removed, to avoid unpleasant accidental hair pulling/entangling.
The purpose of a c-ring is to encourage and support longevity and increased girth by wearing the c-ring at the base of the penis, trapping the blood in the penile tissue.
Rings can be worn around the base of the penis shaft, around the balls, or around both the shaft and balls. Most importantly, the ring should be appropriately fitting or serious injury (and a trip to the emergency room) could occur.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit
Initially when I ordered this I thought it would be fun for me to surprise him and just put it on him and see what he thought about it. However, when it came and I took it out of the package I decided it would definitely be best if he put it on himself. It is big enough/small enough so that it needed to be kinda tugged and stretched to get it on. I wouldn't necessarily say it was difficult, just a little tricky I think. My man says that a drop of some sort of lubrication would have made it easier to get on.
After playing with this I can feel very confident to recommend it to the largest and the smallest men out there.

OK! So, I first have to explain that my man and I laugh - a lot - always goofing around. This afternoon, he came out of the shower, into the bedroom, with this on and at full attention. This time he did put it on around his balls, too. I thought it looked absolutely hysterical, and I can't explain why, but perhaps it had something to do with the military salute he gave me when he entered the bedroom?
Here's the relevant bits: the first time we used this, we used it at the base of his shaft and I could feel it bumping against me. It wasn't unpleasant, but I do believe I kinda got distracted by it, I definitely noticed it, and I was really focusing on "how is this different than without wearing it?" With it around his balls as well, I couldn't feel it, but it also positioned his balls differently than usual and I could feel them bumping against me more firmly. I think that it also put his penis at a different angle, pointing upward more, and he definitely was hitting my g-spot very differently than usual.
All in all, I'm impressed with this ring. He is too, as he keeps digging it out to surprise me. I don't think I'll buy a rigid one to replace this, because I'm very conscious of the potential hazards and I would be very devastated if it hurt him.

we might try that - he surprised me this morning with it on - so I suppose that's testament that he does really like it. For a few bucks, I'm thrilled with this thing. -
