In trials, I found that using the pump would puff me up quickly enough anytime I used it, but my erection didn't last long if I didn't already have a specific use for it in mind...All I can say is that it's easy to use and it worked effectively.

One thing it did do was make me cum. I do not know if it was from the cock ring like insertion end or from the pump making a vacuum, but it definitely was a different experience of cumming without any stroking action.

The vibrations on the tube at high speed are a little loud and still doesn’t do much for really rocking my world. All in all, I am not too impressed with the extras built on to the basic pump. As for the basic pump; that works well.

The pump I used didn't get a complete 100% seal all the time, because when enough suction is applied the cyber skin compresses (which is what gives it the additional comfort), but it also sometimes breaks the seal which allows air to get in and makes the seal less effective.

the pistol grip handle is made out of a cheap plastic, with a few hard and consistent squeezes I got my erection as hard as I wanted it to be. There's a quick release valve that you can push to remove the tubing once you've achieved a firm erection and make you able to stay inside of the vacuum chamber without losing pressure.

So if you are looking for something to help you get an erection, and maybe over a period of years add some girth to your penis, this is a great product. If you're planning on placing your six to seven inch dick inside this tube and turning it into something that would embarrass a horse, forget it.
