This is a fun toy, is pleasing to both partners but I would prefer a version that completely sealed in the pearls to keep bacteria from hiding in the pearls or the pockets that they fit into. This beaded cock sleeve seemed to be just the extra kick I was looking for to add on my husbands dick. Well, It ripped. I had it less than a month and used it maybe 6 or 7 times. First it was almost impossible to keep any of the beads in after repeated stretching to get it off and on. The last time I was washing it one of the pockets that holds a bead had ripped. Now more than before I recommend trying a different sleeve. There are better quality ones if you look around.

Cleaning this toy does sound like a bit of a problem. You could try removing and cleaning the beads individually, and then clean the sleeve and the bead pockets the best you can after each use.
I like how this looks as well. The 'thorns' are fairly soft, I would imagine?
The beads popping out and having holes in them seems like a really ridiculous decisions when it comes to making a toy like this. I'm about to read your other beaded penis sleeve so maybe that one will make it on my wishlist!
This sleeve is extremely soft and stretchy. The thorns are very soft and bend flat to the sleeve during use. I thought when I ordered it that it would be my fav by far but it isn't. It is very attractive and easy to get on but the concerns about the cleaning and issues with it moving around a lot out weigh the good looks.
