Tenga 3D - penis stroker by TENGA - review by TheCleansing

The Tenga 3D is a toy designed for a penis. It's a handheld masturbator sleeve designed to be fitted around the penis and used to stimulate the shaft and head. This will work for anyone who derives pleasure from penis stimulation, whether you have a boyfriend with one, or you have your own and want to do something exciting to it. This toy will work both for foreplay before sex as well as masturbation.

However, flipped around and displayed, it looks almost like a futuristic work of art. In that vein, it stimulates the eyes and begs the question "what is that?" and "does that really go around your penis?" and "oh my god, why is that on display?"

Make no mistake. Despite my gently disparaging remarks toward Tenga, they've created a functional and very stimulating toy in the Tenga 3D.

The Tenga 3D material is made of an elastomer material. It is white in color and the texture is a spiral as displayed in the picture. The material as far as I'm aware is tasteless (as is the toy, if you know what I mean). It does come with a little bit of loose powder around it but that's only residual in finishing up the toy (says Tenga's website). I didn't bother tasting that. The Spiral texture I chose to try is quite stimulating so it might be better for advanced users. It's relatively soft but held in the hand tightly there's quite a lot of give.

There is a gentle odor to the toy. I would describe it as a plasticky sweetness that fades after a while.

I'm usually a big fan of Tenga design, having tried out all of their previous products. This one definitely blows the rest of Tenga's products out of the water. The display aspect of it is quite interesting, but the fact that it is relatively easy to clean and easy to store make it a wonderful toy indeed. The shape of the toy is quite stimulating, what with it being a spiraling mess of little buds. It's easy to hide if hiding is in plain sight. The case the toy comes in is relatively small as well, so it can be stored in a cabinet or drawer or something of that sort. It is a bit of a lint magnet but it comes with a case to prevent that.

The toy is relatively discreet and great for travel, what with a lack of motorized parts. It is easy to store in terms of packing it into a suitcase and won't go off and be annoying mid-security check, which I hear is a big plus.

I'm of average size and I found this toy quite suitable when it came to that. It wasn't too short or too tight with the right amount of lube.

There really aren't any functions other than working yourself with the toy. This toy does that very well. Simply slip the toy off of its stand, invert it, and get to playing with some lube. It's quite noisy with the lube so that could be a problem. While it doesn't feel like a vagina, it feels great.

Care is quite simple with this toy. Simply wash it out with warm water and soap and invert it and store it on its stand when you're done with it. The only minor issue that comes with that is drying the toy. Paper towels will stick and get it messy. They may also drop particulate bits of paper towel onto it. Air drying is never a surefire method, especially within the storage container.

Tenga says the toy is good for about 50 uses. I've found after several uses the material begins to develop tiny microperforations. This seems to be standard as for the price, 50 uses is an excellent investment.

The packaging is a gorgeous affair, as is most Tenga material. It comes in a plastic cylinder with a sample of Tenga real lube (which I've found I love), a stand (to display your genital conquest), and some literature. The literature is mostly pictoral and quite simple but the toy doesn't require much rocket science in the first place. The plastic and paper of the packaging are fully recyclable. I would not feel bad giving this package out as is as a gift.

If anything, I love this toy.
