This ring is made of a stretchy TPR. The ring that goes around the cock can stretch so big I could fit my arm up to my elbow through the hole! The second ring stretches almost as far. Although too much stretching does warp the material a little bit. Not so much that it takes away from the toy when used, but it doesn't look as pretty. I really enjoyed how smooth this material was. Every surface of this ring is very smooth. I didn't find that there was any smell or taste to this material.

I found it a little difficult to get the bullets into the toy because the holes were so small, but they do stretch and the tightness keeps the bullets in place.

The two bullets that this ring comes with vibrate on one speed only. The on/off control for the vibration is a push button at the end of each bullet which were kind of hard to push. The vibrations felt very strong for me, I could feel them everywhere, but my girlfriend couldn't feel them at all. This toy is waterproof.
