I have been able to use this a dozen or so times, and each time has been a bit different than the last. This large pump may seem a bit daunting to us average sized people, but that just means there are more ways for us to get creative with it. As an average sized male I am able to do three distinct things with it. The first and most obvious is using it to pump the penis alone. Secondly, you can pump your balls with it if you do not use one of the included sleeves. Lastly, you can squeeze your testicles in with your penis. Each one of these provides different stimulation and enjoyment. Allow yourself plenty of time in which to use this and do things in cycles such as ten minutes in with five minutes out to massage and restore full blood flow.

Thankfully there is not a strong smell to this product upon opening like other toys I have experienced. The clear plastic tube is smooth on the interior and exterior and thick enough to withstand a beating or two. The only parts of the tube which are not smooth are the ruler portion, which is raised slightly, and the interior of the bottom opening. The opening has a slight lip where it is not smooth. This is not problematic as long as a sleeve is being used, but for other uses it can be problematic. Taking a Dremel to it would probably solve this issue. The sleeves are TPE which is more porous than silicone so condom use is recommended for sanitary purposes.

The simple design works for this. It includes three sleeves with the sizes: medium, large, and extra large. I find that as an average endowed male that the large size suits me well. It is not too tight for comfort, and not loose enough to make getting a good seal difficult. The large size of the cylinder is a blessing and a curse. If you are well endowed this will fit you wonderfully, but if you are average you will feel small inside it despite what the measurements on the side say. Regardless of this for the average man I still would recommend this because of the other ways which one can use it. Good luck trying to travel with this or to try and hide it in a cramped space, as it is very large and the "Enlarger" text stands out.

It functions as it should. It is not complex and the ergonomics of the controls are not terrible. The hose feels like it is double lined with a smaller hose inside to actually hold the vacuum. The connections of the hose are secure and do not leak pressure. As for the pump and quick release they are close to each other which is convenient when you mean to release pressure, but also problematic when you accidentally bump the button. You are able to use this in water which I recommend. It is easier to create more suction and the warm water is relaxing which helps with stretching. The noise that this created is mild and not likely to disturb someone in another room unless there is a sudden release of pressure from a bad seal to the skin.

Silicon and water based lubes are both safe for the cylinder and the sleeves and the use of one is recommended to help ensure the seal and improve the use. Clean with hot water and mild soap after every use to keep it clean. The length of the cylinder makes it hard to scrub, but plugging the end and swirling the water around seems to suffice. The cylinder can also be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol.

Packing from Eden Fantasys was slightly larger than what was needed, but not terribly wasteful either. The packaging from Cal Exotics was conservative and just enough for the parts. There were no instructions included in my package, so I went to a few forums specializing in pumping to answer the few questions that arose. I would not advise storing the pump and sleeves in the box, as it would be more trouble than what it is worth to get them in and out if you regularly use it.

I enjoy using this as the large size of the cylinder allows several different ways to enjoy pumping. I am not going to comment on so called permanent gains, but you will notice that you hang lower when flaccid after a session.

The feeling of pumping is one that is a bit unlike anything else. You can feel yourself getting pulled larger and larger. After a few sessions I found a temporary increase of my size while in the cylinder of 3/4". This was instantly lost when pressure was released, but seeing yourself larger, for me at least, is a turn on. When pumping in water be sure to have warm water and to watch the pressure in the cylinder. If it at all starts to hurt, slowly release the pressure and massage area to restore blood flow.
