This product comes in two separate pieces. The first piece is the actual ring, which is made out of a stretchy TPE polymer, and the second piece is the plastic vibrating part. These two pieces slide together to give you the complete cock-ring. Both TPE and plastic can be used with water and silicone based lubes without worrying about the lube eating away the material.

I really like the design and shape of this cock-ring. The Tor fits me just right. It is tight enough to restrict blood flow, but not painfully tight. The TPE ring will stretch anywhere from one inch in diameter all the way up to three inches. The product slides very easily onto you or your partner's shaft with just a little lube on the inside of the ring. I have not tried this over both my shaft and testicles, but it should not be hard with just a little more lube. The Tor should accommodate most men comfortably.

The Tor is very much like the LELO Bo, except it has different vibration modes. There are only two buttons total, one on each side of the unit. These buttons are marked with a plus sign and a minus sign. As you can imagine, the plus sign increases the intensity, and the minus sign decreases it.

There are ten different modes for the Tor. The first five are constant speed modes, and the remaining five are variable speed and intensity modes. You can cycle through the constant modes by using the plus and minus buttons, and holding the plus button will take you to the variable modes.

Mode 1. "Level 1" constant buzz - Slow vibrations, not really worth it.
Mode 2. "Level 2" constant buzz - Also too slow to be used.
Mode 3. "Level 3" constant buzz - Good starting level. Okay to use for foreplay.

The Tor comes with its own storage and travel case that is made out of plastic. The case is rather thin, but it should last a while if taken care of. The case has a hole cut out of the side that lines up with the charging port on the Tor. This allows you to charge the Tor discretely in its case. A two hour charge gives approximately two hours of fun.

Upon opening the inner box, you will find the Tor in its storage/travel case enclosed in a sealed cardboard sleeve, the AC adapter, the manual, and warranty information. My fiancee and I were very impressed with the packaging.

You may be wondering why the title of this review suggests proposing with a cock ring. Well, because I did!
