Our initial reaction to the Power Rock Vibrating Penis Sleeve was: Wow! This thing is stretchy! It is just less than five inches long, and is ribbed with fake veins to resemble an actual penis. The vibrator is quite small and very quiet. It easily slips out of its pouch for cleaning, but the battery is difficult to remove when it is time to change it.
