The cord is attached to one end, including the micro bullet is 35" inches long total, the power pack takes 3 AAA batteries, that are inserted though the removable back cover. What I really like about this is that when gripping it in your hand, your thumb rests on the side of the tapered part where the control buttons are located. Here you will find the single control button with a light above that brightens/dimes/flashes depending on what setting. There is print on the front that lets you know what setting is what.

The cock ring is translucent red and made from TPR. There are two rings attached by a bull head, which is about 1" tall x 3/4" wide. The center ring is just short of 3/4" tall. It has 10mm ticklers scattered across the top and raised bumps on the bottom. The center ring has a resting 1" diameter (inside of the ring). Cleaning is finicky. Not only is it a lint magnet, but it has so many spots for bacteria to hide.
To clean: remove the Micro Vibrator from the ring. The Elite 7X ring has lots of crevices along the base of the ticklers, numbs, bulls head, and where the 2 rings meet. Pay attention to these spots! You need a good eye to ensure that all your lady/man fluids, as well as lube (if used) are removed. Since TPR is porous, there are places for bacteria to hide so washing is very important. Use a very mild hand soap or toy cleaner to clean (not even dish soap, no alcohol, no bleach).
With the Micro bullet a wipe with toy cleaner or mild hand soap and a quick rinse should do the job. Let all pieces dry properly before storing.

Keep in mind that TPR toys cannot be sterilized and tend to wear out faster with frequent use. They also can melt into a puddle of goo if two really bad toys touch for awhile in storage. They also can pick up dyes/colors from other materials as well as pick up colors from other toys they touch. Store TPR toys separate from other toys to prevent damage.

Use condoms (if you can figure out an efficient way to cover the ring) when switching orifices to fend off bacteria and UTI's. Always keep your toys completely clean, dry and battery-less when storing. Only water and silicone-based lubricants should be used with TPR

Since there are so many pieces it is hard to store. I suggest a Eden toy pouch to keep all the pieces together and also to keep it lint free.

The Elite 7X arrives in a small, glossy cardboard box which is recyclable. There are little snippets of information throughout the box. There is a couple (man/woman) on the front of the box. On the description it notes that the Elite 7X is glow in the dark. My partner had no problem or gripes with the placement of the ring. With a little lube already on his shaft, it slipped on no problem.
