Pump, Pump, Pump, Mighty!
This is a great affordable pump, great for beginners. This pump would be great for men trying to get harder on the quick, or who are looking for a pump to get larger over time. The Mighty Man trigger pump from Doc Johnson is a low priced pump, which makes it great for guys like me who want to experiment before diving into more expensive pumps. The cylinder itself and the trigger pump appear to be well made and quite durable. However, the rubber sleeve where the penis is inserted seems like it might wear down, only time will tell though. The trigger pump handle is very easy to use, and the clear plastic cylinder lets you see clearly the effects the pumps is having, and allows you to visually track your progress. The trigger pump is equipped with a push button quick-release valve which allows you to release the vacuum very easily.
When using the pump it worked as one would expect a penis pump to work, it took a flaccid penis and made it erect. However, once the vacuum seal was released, the erection went away quite fast. Being this was my first foray into penis pumping, I did some research and found many men recommend using a penis pump in conjunction with cock rings (although I haven't tried this yet, but will try to for my followup). I also found that many pumpers claimed that continual and regular use could also help straighten crooked penises and give from 1/2" to 1" of growth (30 minutes a day for 6 months or so).
As mentioned, the Mighty Man is the first and only penis pump I've ever tried, so I can’t really compare it to any others. All I can compare it to is recommended features which regular pumpers recommend. The first thing and most lacking I found was the lack of a pressure gauge. Lack of a gauge makes it difficult to regulate the vacuum pressure for safe and regular use. Also, a nice feature which is lacking is markings on the cylinder which would allow you to measure the penis as it grows during pumping.
The Mighty Man packaging includes simple pictorial instructions, which consist of connecting the trigger pump hose into the cylinder, inserting the penis into the sleeve/cylinder, and then pumping.
Overall, I found this was a great product, fun to use, and a great gateway into the life of pumping!

Experience
This was a great experience overall, but my biggest tip is to watch out for the balls. If you're not careful, your balls can get sucked into the tube, in which case you will not have a good time at all!

I still like this pump. The only gripe I have is probably one that is directed to pumps in general, and not just this one. That is getting a good seal to keep pumped for long periods of time. Other than that, it works great!

Does it increase size over time?

laxplaya18So does this pump or any in general increase the size of your penis over time and eventaully will i not need to use it anymore everytime I have sex? I just want to try something besides jelqing to increase my size so I can find an effective way to add at least two inches! -
These things are just a temporary 'fix'.

Unbiased evidence says nothing short of surgery will noticeably increase your size permanently.

When a safety feature says phthalates free has it been verified, because a lot of these materials are still a jelly material?

The donut that is included with this pump is made from TPE material which is a phthalate free material. TPE has the apperance of a jelly material but in fact is not made of PVC like most jelly items are. Yes, we do make sure if a product has or does not have phthtalates in it before we label the packaging.

Thanks for the review. How long is the cylinder, and how many pumps do you usually have to do?
The cylinder is 7" long with an outer diameter of 2 1/4 inches and the sleeve inner diameter is 1". I usually have to pump about 6 times to get to a comfortable point for me, but i'm fairly new and maybe a but overly cautious.
