The Spread Eagle Sally made by the Doc Johnson company is designed for males. It is larger then your typical masturbator. It can be used by holding it with two hands or set on a bed or other flat surface. It is both handheld and freestanding. Sally is designed to stimulate the penis like your typical masturbator. My husband found it easiest to lay Sally on the bed and manipulate it as if he was having intercourse with me. He found it to be to big and bulky to use with just his hands. The best occasion for this type of product would be for solo play or if you do not feel like having actual intercourse. It can also be used with a partner. Due to the fact that it is very realistic looking my husband found it to be a turn on when I would stick my fingers in the vaginal hole. Its really up to your imagination with the possibilities of this toy. I personally think its a great gift for your spouce although my husband as I mentioned was not to fond of this product, due to its size. Because it is rather large in size it is hard to take along with you just anywhere. Especially with all the care that is required to keep up with this toy.

Upon opening the box this product had a very strong odor. The smell is similar to rubber or vinyl, which I would compare to a new Halloween mask. It takes a while to wash the smell off of your hands. I had to wash my hands several times just to dilute the smell. Sally is very soft to the touch on both the inside and out although is also rather firm. I did not taste this product the smell was enough to keep me from putting my mouth anywhere near the product. It has a very realistic look to it. The sally is ribbed on the inside. Being ribbed adds to his pleasure. It is made of ultra realistic 3.0 or UR3. This rates in at a 2 on the safety scale. It is both latex free and Phalates free. UR3 is made up of a mixture of PVC and silicone. It is made to feel like real skin and can be flexible and resilient. This product is extremely porous. This makes the toy easily susceptible to germs and dirt, and with this toy the inside would be a perfect place for dirt and germs to hide. It is highly recommended that condoms be used with this toy help cut down with the dirt and germs and to keep your toy fresh and like new. This product also comes dusted in a white powdery material. I think this product can be used by any male beginner to more advanced although a small more typical masturbator might be more comfortable and less intimidating to a beginner.

My husband liked the fact that this toy looked like a real vagina. The Sally has both an anal and vaginal hole. These holes merge about 1/2 inch to an 1 inch in and combined into one hole or canal. The top of the toy where the torso is has a hole in it as well but I am pretty sure it is not for the same reason as the other two holes. The sally also has the high part of the thighs along with some of the torso. This toy is beige in color but has pink vaginal lips which added to the realistic look of the product. This toy is used like any other masturbator. I would recommend lube with this toy, however only water based lubes are recommend when using this toy. Contact with silicone based lubes, oil or petroleum can damage this toy to a great degree. The easiest thing to do is place the toy on a flat surface such as a bed. Add some water based lube to the head of the penis and insert into whichever hole is preferred. It would be like having intercourse just not in an actual vagina. My husband was not thrilled with the performance or size of this product. It is a rather bulky toy.He also did not like the fact that a condom was recommended for use with this toy. This toy will fit just about any size penis. Those well endowed though might rip or tear when inserting the penis. This is not a travel friendly toy at all. Its to big to be just stuck in a suit case or purse. It takes up some serious space. I would not call this product discreet in anyway shape or form. It looks like a woman's vagina there is no hiding that. My husband did try using the product like you would a normal handheld masturbator and he found to be to big to use with one hand and uncomfortable to use with two hands. While using the toy he found it to be rather tight at first and it became rather loose when used for a period of time. The Sally is not waterproof.It is made of a very porous material. My husband was not thrilled with the performance of this product. He had a hard time achieving climax with this toy. He got more enjoyment out of watching me finger the product then actually using the product himself. The fact that the interior is soft but not as firm as it could be was a huge turn off for my husband. This toy does not really make any noise unless you use lubrication and get air stuck in it then it has a tendency to making that sucking sound. Due to the fact that the toy has a hole where the torso is we tried sticking a small bullet into this hole. The vibrations gave the toy an even bigger sense of realistic feel. Care of the Sally is a project in itself. Because the toy is highly porous there are a lot of things that can damage this product. The toy should be cleaned both before and after every use. Use warm water and antibacterial soap or toy cleaner. This product comes with a special powdery dust on and in it. This dust is used to maintain the unique texture. The toy should be thoroughly washed before its first use. It should be cleaned again after use and you can use a little corn starch on it after use to help preserve the toy and keep it from becoming sticky. Do not use Talc powder on this toy. The Sally should be stored in a dark cool place and individually not with other toys. It is also recommended that you stick the toy in its own plastic zip lock bag or thin sock. This is due to its porous material. This toy can actually absorb dyes from other materials. And again I stress use only water based lubricants with this toy to prevent damaging it. Due to its large size finding a spot for it was also rather difficult.

This toy came in a pick box that opened at the top. On the box was a picture of the product and the name of the product. The back of the box also has a picture of the product and contains some descriptive material about the toy. Inside the box the toy came in a plastic zip lock bag just with out the zip part. It also included a cleaning manual. We use the box and bag for storage.

Overall I found this toy to be not what I was expecting. It was a lot more work to take care of then I assumed it would be and its overall performance was not that great from my husbands perspective.
