This is a sturdy intense sleeve, that will fit all but the largest user. However, there are better deals available. The Head Honcho and Super Head Honcho are sleeves that are as intense, but not abrasive, and half the price. This one requires a lot of care and maintenance.
I am very, very, very happy with this toy! I love it and can't get enough. I'm still in shock from it.
I think it is worth it for a single guy or for men in a relationship. It brings in fun for the girl to play with her man.

The Senso Sapphire is a basic masturbation sleeve with ribs on the inside that feel great. I've had mine for two years and while I don't use it frequently, I still love to use it on occasion either by myself or with my wife.
Overall it is an okay masturbator. If it was bigger and maybe the end was closed to allow for better suction and perhaps came with a lube pump, it would be a lot better.
I don't know about others, but I don't find it erotic to think about jamming my cock into what looks like a purple fish's mouth. Maybe this is where "Sapphire" came from, but unless I look REAL close at the detail, I would be the last one to mistake it for a vagina.
