Shortly after submitting this review, I found cleaning instructions. It came up as the first link when I Google'd "How do I clean my Deep Throat Cup."
Turns out you have to either cut back the plastic decorative wrapping or remove it entirely to find the seam between the retaining ring and the shell. I had to use a screwdriver to get between them, but be careful not to go through the toy. Following the instructions cleaning it was fairly simple.
Turns out that my rinsing did nothing to clean it out.
After it was clean and dry I went to reassemble it. I found that the method on the online instructions was far more difficult than it needed to be. The easy method is to simply remove the foam from the shell, wrap it around the insert and compress it to slide it back in. Trying to push the insert through the foam is pointless and you will not succeed.
Enjoy your toy.

Like JR said, these are disposable toys. One time use, no clean up after, just toss it when you are done. Glad to hear you enjoyed it when you used it! Have you tried the Tenga Eggs? You might like them too!
