The best way to use this toy is to lubricate it and then perform a hand job on your hubby with it. All it takes is a mild grip of the toy around your husband's penis and you are good to go. You don't have to have a lot of hand strength to use this toy - especially if you have the right lube(my husband and I use coconut oil - because in between stroking phases, I can also perform oral and have vaginal sex). There is no smell to this toy except maybe with what you use as a lube. It doesn't leave a bad taste in my mouth either.
