Being a solo player most of the time, I tend to look for ways to enhance that. With that said, my common usage for penis extensions is to improve dildos or vibrators I possess. While they are typically made for men who wish to have a larger size, I have found them to perfectly augment other toys that may have less than stellar performance.

This one was no different. I've got a suction cup dildo, previously reviewed, that doesn't have a lot of girth or texture on it. A little lube on it and this sleeve fattened it up along with adding some ridges and a bulbous head. It takes a 3-star dildo up to 4.5 stars quite easily.

The ring of the sleeve can slip over your balls, or those found on certain dildos/vibes, to better hold it in place. On you, the ring can act somewhat in the capacity of a cock ring, though it's primary function is to help keep the sleeve in place.

It's soft and squishy, able to stretch wide to accommodate various girths. This makes it ideal to use on existing toys, as well as to wear it personally. The ripples along the shaft, as well as the bulbous head, give it a nice feel when it's thrusting inside you. This can greatly enhance a vibrator or dildo that is perfectly smooth.

Overall I like the design. The bulbous head can make it a little challenge to get into a tight hole, but once inside it definitely feels great. A little lube is all it takes to get on, whether on you or a toy. Taking it off of a toy is as easy as peeling it back. Overall it was comfortable for me to wear; however, that can vary based on individual sizes, as with any sleeve.

This one is TPE, so don't try it with boiling water. Instead, a toy cleaner, mild soap, and warm water are the ways to clean it. Since I use mine with a dildo, it commonly remains fixed in place on the dildo. In doing this, make sure that when you are cleaning it, you roll it back to clean some between the dildo and sleeve, for any contaminants that might have worked their way underneath it during play time.

It can handle either silicone or water-based lubricants. However, be warned that just because this sleeve can accept both types, it does not mean the dildo/vibe you might be using it with is capable of working with silicone-based lube. Always check to make sure, before you apply any silicone-based lube. If you aren't sure, stick with water-based to be safe.
