The sleeve is made of a rubbery substance, and is bead textured on the inside. When lube is added (make it flavored for your sake) this gives your man sensations that he's never felt before. I was very relieved to find that the toy was extremely stretchy and will fit even the larger penises perfectly. My only concern was that the toy got in the way of allowing his penis into my mouth and it felt awkward to allow my hand to hit my mouth with every stroke. But I think in conjunction with eye contact it turned him on more!

Upon opening the package I noticed a light sent of vanilla coming from the sleeve itself. It's not an offensive odor and I prefer it to the stink of most rubber/latex products. But if you want the smell to go away, wash it with soap and warm water and it will disappear.

The sleeve is very easy to clean, either with a toy cleaning wipe or with soap and warm water. I do suggest keeping it away from cloth because it easily picks up fuzzies from blankets and towels. So when you store this toy make sure it's in a plastic/vinyl bag or case. I have also noticed that after a few uses the seam has begun to rip a little but it has done a great job for it's price.
