A decent ring that doesn't standout, with a clit stimulator that doesn't quite hit the clit. Dual rings are nice, the inner ring is very tight, making this a good choice for less girthy gentlemen. My wife and I have been trying a few different rings lately, both as clitoral stimulators and delayers for me. This one sits squarely in the middle of the pack, as it has some good points and some flaws, with nothing in particular standing out.
It doesn't have a weird "sex toy smell". The material is very stretchy and slick with good lube (read: Maximus) and the ring is very tight, so it will stay put. The vibe that comes with it is typical of the cheap self-contained watch-battery style - it probably won't work right, and won't last long if it does. We usually run out the first set of batteries on them and then replace them with our higher quality, AA pack operated bullets. To its credit, the one included with the Smokey Elephant worked just as it should, and didn't die on us in the middle of anything. It is strong enough to get the trunk wiggling pretty good, and fairly quiet, but high pitched while doing so.
From a clitoral standpoint - the material is too pliant, not "stiff" enough to get a good grind on. The trunk was too high up to stimulate the clit on the in-stroke, and the pliant nature of the material made it only a mild tease on the out-stroke. The position of the bullet cavity relative to the clit was not quite right either - of course this is highly subjective, but my wife thought it put too much vibration just above the clit rather than on it. We had the best results when I went in about halfway and stayed there while she wiggled around to make things tickle the right way.
From a delayer standpoint - It did do the best job so far of keeping me in the game, and I didn't go soft afterward. I did turn a disconcerting purple color, so we only used it for one round... It didn't hurt or affect anything else that I could tell though.
The lower ring is very nice, does its job very well and doesn't snag hair or pinch going on/off. Stretchy enough to get harnessed without pain but tight enough to... do whatever it does. I'm not sure how to describe it, but its nice. Maybe like someone is holding gently onto your balls the whole time.

Umm, purple isn't a good color for your cock. You should make sure it isn't completely cutting off your circulation. Just to be safe maybe take it off every half hour to get the blood going again. Purple? Ouch!
