This toy is intended to provide amazing solo orgasms. Unfortunately it just doesn't do that. The sleeve, despite internal ribs, provides mild stimulation at best and leads to unsatisfying orgasms that take too much effort to reach. The included vibrating bullet can be used anally, and with the strong pulses that it provides you can have great "regular masturbation" orgasms (bullet in ass, cock in right or left hand). Aside from that, there is nothing else good to say about this toy.
