Hey, it gets hard, lets keep it that way as long as possible! This cream is fully absorb-able and helps to slighlty decrease sensations. My husband described is as toning down the sensations but he was still able to feel all of the activity.

This cream does work as advertised to prolong sexual encounters by delaying ejaculation but unlike advertised tastes nothing like cherries. If you are looking for a desensitizing cream this will work but if you want one that is flavored there may be better options out there.
