Omega is the last letter in the Greek alphabet. After experiencing the Omega Engraved cock ring by Gear Essentials, I think the Omega line of cock rings is the last word in cock rings. This thing is just amazing. It is very heavy, weighing in at a full pound of solid stainless steel. A pound may not sound like much, but when it is wrapped around your genitals you can definitely feel it. In fact, when I first felt this cock ring, I was afraid that it was so heavy that it would try to slide right off my cock, but my concern was really unfounded. Once I put it on it stayed in place very well.

As far as appearance, maybe it is my industrial background, but I think stainless steel that is treated properly is a very attractive substance on its own. The engraved pattern on this particular ring is also pretty amazing and enhances the overall appearance of the ring. The fully rounded nature means no sharp edges anywhere on the ring. This attribute makes it comfortable while putting it on and while wearing it.

I was a little worried that the 2” size I selected would be a little too big to be truly effective for me. This was because another rigid 2” cock ring I had did not seem to provide the restriction I was looking for to help me stay hard and delay my orgasm. This was another concern that was essentially unfounded. After I put the ring on and with a little attention from my partner I was ready to go. The erection was perfect and I could definitely feel the ring in place. I was able to go for longer. It might not be quite as effective as some stretchy cock rings, but it definitely was able to get the job done for me.

We didn’t need to use any lubricant to get this ring in place, but the stainless steel material is safe with any lube that it might come in contact with. The stainless steel is also easy to clean with soap and water or toy cleaner. It can even be sterilized by boiling or in a dishwasher (top rack, no soap). Bleach would probably even work, but long term contact with bleach may degrade the stainless steel. I don’t think I will need to get that extreme in my ring cleaning any time soon, though.

As you can tell, I really enjoy this cock ring. It goes on comfortably and stays on well. It looks awesome both before and after it is in place. That makes it both attractive and effective and that is all I could ask for from a cock ring. If you have the money to invest, this cock ring is well worth the price.
