The Cock Commander is a dual purpose cock ring marketed towards couples looking to add a little spice in the bedroom. The ring portions are intended to give the male a harder, longer lasting erection by restricting the bloods flow out of the penis. Basically it makes your penis become swollen. The extra long textured stimulator and bullet are intended to allow vibrations to reach the clitoris, which helps the female to reach an incredible orgasm much quicker. It is very simple to use and level user, from the reserved to the most sexually adventurous.

The overall intentions of this product are excellent and the attempt at implementing those intentions is commendable. However, the reality of the Cock Commander is far from orgasmic.

The Cock Commander is made of TPR, which is a hypo-allergenic rubber polymer that is both latex free and phthalates free. This gives it a materials safety rating of seven. TPR can have a variety of levels of firmness. The Cock Commander was very soft and pliable and slightly sticky. Nowhere on this toy was there a seem to be found or any rough edges for that matter. The type of material used should have allowed this ring to be able to stretched enough to accommodate gentlemen of even the thickest girth.

The texture on the protrusion from the ring was not very pronounced. It consisted of some very small ridges towards the tip and a set of seven nubs placed in a circle. If the ridges and nubs were a bit larger it may have created a lot more friction and direct stimulation. As is it was only mildly stimulating for my wife.

The design of the Cock Commander was the main reason we decided to order this specific cock ring. As you know not all women are formed the same way and this vibrating cock ring allows stimulation of the clitoris even on those women whose clit is located a little higher than the rest. That is one of the pluses for this toy, it is able to reach all the "right " spots.

Another selling point for me was the dual rings. I had only used standard cock rings before this toy and was interested in trying one that went over my balls as well. It is one size fits all and stretchy enough for any sized man but not a strong enough material for rough sex.

Overall is was fairly comfortable to wear and I had no problems putting it on or taking it off.

The bullet in this cock ring produce a mild level of vibrations. The vibrations were not strong enough to get the job done. It was easy to turn on and off with no more than the click of a button. It also came with an extra set of batteries which is always a plus.

It definitely could have used a stronger bullet, but that is the great thing about most of these toys, you can substitute on bullet for another.

The Cock Commander, like other TPR toys, can be cleaned with warm soapy water. Do not boil this toy to clean it or you will end up with a melted mess. If you have purchased a toy cleaner you could certainly use that to clean this cock ring instead.
The cock ring can and will pick up some lint and hair so I would suggest storing it in a lint free pouch or container. Of course if you do not mind cleaning it very thoroughly before and after every use then a little lint will not matter. Not that storing the Cock Commander was an issue for me seeing as it broke after the first use.

The one thing that stands out most in my mind about this cock ring is that it broke on the first use. About halfway though our love making session (her on top, cowgirl style) the ring for my cock snapped. After that it was useless, we did not even keep the bullet since we already own several others that work better. We did remember to keep the batteries though. If it had not broken it had the potential to be a three to four star toy.

On the positive side one thing my wife said she enjoyed about this toy is that the long stimulator let her cum multiple time befor braking. The loop around my balls also pushed them forward just enough to help keep me from hitting against her cervix too hard during the rougher portions of lovemaking.
