I've been using two different rings for a while now - a snap on leather ring similar to this Cock Strap and a stretchable Rubber Ring. Both of these work great, but both also left me wanting to try something that required more discipline. I wanted something metallic that would apply the kind of pressure that doesn't come from a stretchy cock ring. And while my leather ring does have only a slight hint of give, it still left me wanting to try something more unyielding.

The pictures on the website don't lie - the Titan Mirror is shiny. It's also simple and unadorned with any sort of "bling" to distract from its polished surface. After holding the Titan Mirror in my hand, I have to admit that I was a little disappointed with the heft. It is listed as weighing 0.3 pounds, which sounds like a lot, so I assumed that this ring would be more massive. In the end, that didn't detract from my desire to slip it on right away. To cut to the good part, I was able to rub one out rather quickly - partly because this toy was something new, but mostly because this cock ring looks so damn sexy wrapped around my cock and balls. The silvery shine is an excellent contrast to my skin color. There's something very erotic about the juxtapositioning of something organic (my cock and balls) with something inorganic (the Titan Mirror cock ring).

I've used this ring more than enough to have developed two systems for getting it in place:
1. While still flaccid, I pull part of my scrotum through, then work my testicles through one at a time. Lastly, I pull my cock through and then get to the main event.
2. (My preferred method.) While semi-hard, I slip my cock through the ring first. Then I pull part of my scrotum through and push each testicle through individually. Reading some of the other reviews here, this second method likely won't work for most people.

With either method described above, you should be extra gentle and not apply too much pressure. Go easy and you should have no trouble. I haven't needed lube to do this, but I'll bet it can't hurt.

Sizing is key with the Titan Mirror (or any other metal cock ring). I got the mid-sized two inch diameter ring. I measured myself, as well as using my other two cock rings as a reference; and, after reading several other reviews, decided to go with something a little larger than what I would use if using a stretchy rock ring. This two inch ring ended up being larger than I should have ordered, and so it doesn't "clamp down" around my cock and balls as I had hoped; but DAMN - this thing looks sexy despite being ever so slightly too big. (As a side note - I have not had a chance to try this with my girlfriend as we are currently living in two different cities. She has suggested that when I come visit it will fit better. I think I agree and look forward to writing an update to my review).

Saying that I no longer like the Titan mirror would be a bit harsh. I think I'd just like to say that it is no longer my favorite metal cock ring. That top spot has been taken by the Tribal stainless steel cock ring. Part of this shift comes from the fact that I don't think the Titan is as heavy as advertised. The Tribal ring is a bit thicker, weighs more, and squeezes my package with a little more force. Side by side the Titan definitely looks a little thin when compared with the Tribal.
