The Mouth palm pal is a masturbation toy that allows the user to enjoy a blow job in the privacy of their own home. The toy has no odor and has a very smooth outer texture, but the inside texture is wonderful. It has a ridged feel to it and a few bumps, by the feel of it. It is open-ended for easy cleaning and can not be turned inside out. In order to clean it just use a little soap and warm water. I would suggest using lube for this toy. I personally liked the hole on the other end as it was small and allowed for good suction by simply covering it with my thumb. The Mouth palm pal has a great feel to it, but if I had one complaint it would be that it is for an average-sized male, 6 inches in length or smaller. Overall if you want a good blow job simulation toy then the Mouth palm pal is the way to go, and is in my view a "must have." My experience from using this toy was that it felt really good, so I will go through some key elements just for anyone who wants to know for certain if this toy is for them.

Shape, Design, Size and Fit: The toy has a mouth on one end and a hole on the other for easy cleaning. It is good for anyone 6 inches long or smaller. It can not be flipped inside out, but once your penis is inside it has a nice tight fit and feels really good.
Packaging: The packaging was nice but is only good for looking at. As of for storage however, I would strongly suggest keeping the toy in a Ziploc bag.
Care and Maintenance: Simply apply a little soap and warm water, and cleaning is very easy. When done, use a soft towel and dry. Do not use a paper towel. Also, keep it in a Ziploc bag when done cleaning.
As for final comments, once again this is a great toy and I think anyone who really enjoys a good blowjob would like this toy. The only downfall is that this toy is not longer in length, so I would have to give it a 4 out of 5 stars.
