The one is Mighty
Unlike a lot of overly priced pumps, this pump is very affordable. It will be worth every penny because it performs very well and you will be pleased with the results. Whether you are using it to get an erection, or make yourself harder and larger, you will fall in love with the Mighty Man. This pump has a trigger style pump with great suction. I also really like the quick release valve.
Cons:
I really had no major problems with the item. I would only suggest to use lube.
I was quite amazed when I first opened the Mighty Man Trigger Pump. As soon as I opened the package, I realized that it was very well made. I was impressed with the overall look and feel of the Mighty Man. I don't have any problems with achieving an erection, but as a younger guy, I wanted to see what kind of results you can get with a pump.
The Mighty Man is 7 inches in length and has a diameter of 2 ¼ inches. One thing I really liked from the start was the jelly sleeve at the base of the pump. I also was impressed with the pistol grip pump. Personally, I feel that it would be easier to use over the older black rubber hand pump. It is pretty much ready to use right out of the box. All one has to do is attach the tube to the cylinder. It also has a quick release valve button for when you are ready to release the pressure.
As soon as began to use the pump, I was blown away. It had a very strong suction. The jelly sleeve at the base allows for a really tight seal to insure do suction. To tell the truth, after a few pumps, I was amazed at how hard my penis was. It was by far more erect than ever before. I was also happy that it enlarged my erection. I grew at least ½-1 inch every time I would use the Mighty Man.
With everything in life, nothing is always perfect. I do have a few complaints with the Mighty Man. First, the jelly sleeve is pretty hard to squeeze into at first. You will have to make sure that you apply plenty of lube to not only your penis, but also the sleeve. Also, I had difficulties taking the sleeve off to clean the cylinder of the pump. I felt like I was going to rip the material. Other than the problems with the sleeve, I really do enjoy this pump.

Does it increase size over time?

These things are just a temporary 'fix'.

Unbiased evidence says nothing short of surgery will noticeably increase your size permanently.

When a safety feature says phthalates free has it been verified, because a lot of these materials are still a jelly material?

The donut that is included with this pump is made from TPE material which is a phthalate free material. TPE has the apperance of a jelly material but in fact is not made of PVC like most jelly items are. Yes, we do make sure if a product has or does not have phthtalates in it before we label the packaging.
