Use

There are such varying reviews for this male toy that it must be hard on deciding whether to purchase it or not. Simply what's great about it is that it vibrates intensely. It is waterproof so I prefer to use it in the shower with soap. The insertable depth is not much (about 3in.) so it really is only for head stimulation. This toy is primarily for quick orgasms with a vibration edge never felt before. The Cobra is under the hands-free section on Eden, but I do not see how you could use it without holding it firmly.

Material / Texture

The material of the Cobra could not be any better. It is made of top silicone, so it contains no taste or smell. With lubricant inside, the vibrations are felt much more directly. It is quite firm inside, which I would have liked it to be just a little softer. The outside is made of a hard plastic.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

Everyone always talks about the sports car design of the Cobra. I for one, love it. It has a manly look to it, and it is so futuristic looking it could be laid out anywhere and traveled with anywhere. I wish the insertable depth was a little deeper, but it is only for head stimulation. While vibrating at full speed, it can be hard to handle as it is 2lbs. With just the slightest touch to the touch button, it will turn the toy off.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The functions of this are amazing! The vibrations are super intense and what is best is that it has different vibrating combinations like female toys. It is waterproof which adds to the experience, but I have yet to completely submerge it under water.

Care and Maintenance

This is probably the easiest toy to care for. As soon as you're finished, you just wash it out with soap and warm water and have the cum pour out. Being waterproof, it makes for quick and carefree clean up. I leave my Cobra out in the bathroom since it does not look like your typical sex toy.

Packaging

Packaging was also fancy looking. There are lots of instructions and directions included in every language. Not really meant for a storage box or gift box.

Experience

What I did was use it in the shower. Pour lots of water in the hole to warm up the silicone momentarily and then squirted some hand soap in it for a very slick experience. While playing with the different functions and having the warmth of the shower head, I came rather quickly.

    • I have been getting some major mixed signals about this toy, I want to get something fun for my guy but I'm not sure. Would this be a good option or should i go for a more classic one like a tenga?
    • I personally love the Cobra Libre, and of all of the masturbators that I have, it's probably my favorite. If you're having any doubts about getting it, don't! You won't regret it! ;)

    • I fully charged my cobra libre before the first use. Now it is completely drained. Do I fully charge it again for 2nd use or can I charge a little and then use it? Would it be ok for the battery?
    • If it's drained entirely, I would charge it again fully before using it again.

      It is best to completely charge the battery and use it down to dead like you would a laptop battery.

    • So I just got mine. The instruction manual says that when charging the charger pulses red. Mine only did that for a couple minutes. Does that mean it is fully charged? Also the cobra libre device is still pulsing white.

      If I remember correctly, the light disappears when it is fully charged. However, be sure that the magnetic charger is fully in contact with the toy. It becomes dislodged easily. Unfortunately, Fun Factory didn't design the position of the charger very well. The location of the cord combined with the port being so low causes the plug to displace easily. I have to prop the rear of the toy up so that the charger stays in proper position.

      I use mine frequently & have had irritation issues, but assumed it was from abusing it vs. using it. My usage is atypical though, so my experiences are hard to compare w/ others.

      I tried wearing a condom w/ it, which seems to have solved the irritation issue.

      Irritation or not, the Cobra Libre is still one of my top 3 - the 3 items i keep at my desk, instead of my bottom drawer.
    • I agree with the reviewer; it didn't do the job for me either. I had high hopes for this kind of stimulation, but this product didn't deliver. It's not long enough for me, and not snug in the way I'd hoped. I felt more vibration in my hand, holding it, than I did inside it. If it was adjustable somehow for size it should be able to deliver vibrations right where you want them.
