I would think putting a condom on first, then this, would be the way to go- otherwise I imagine the condom moving too easily and somehow not having the seal to keep semen inside. Also, this toy is jelly, so will absorb whatever fluids it comes into contact with.

When you say it would fit better for the average sized penis and that it's a little too tight for your partner, it would be really helpful to list his girth so men that are the same size or a little larger would have a heads up.
