Then She Said, "It Just Gets In the Way."

Don't buy this. The vibration is weak. The top is too big and heavy and the bottom is too small and unnoticeable. As a restrictor, the ring itself is quite lame.

Use

The primary use of the toy is as an accessorized cock ring to put on your member. The focus of this toy would be the bulky, large, top-heavy, vibrating, feeler-laden mass that intimidates the size of the cock ring itself. This part has a switch to turn on a very mild (and somewhat disappointing) vibration, and is equipped with the activate on-touch vibrate which happens quite easily. The toy would work for all genders as a simple vibrating tool, but is best left off the list for cock rings. Both beginners and advanced toy users will find ways to use this to their advantage, but as the title suggests, and my reply to my partner went, "We'd be better without it."
THIS IS NOT WATERPROOF.

Material / Texture

It has a somewhat thick rubber casing and a hardly-noticeable "new" smell. It looks bigger and weighs more than I expected. It is pretty stretchy, and the metal stabilizing arcs on the inside of the ring don't offer much support, due to the leaning mass atop that teetered here and there. It is all smooth and seamless, but for the centimeter-long slit for a nail to pass through in order to flip the toy's switch on. The other side of the switch has the softish (but soft enough, I thought) feelers. Inside the ring are a few nubs but they weren't noticeable at all. The bottom ball includes some striations but my partner didn't notice the thing's existence at all!

Material is TPR, a semi-porous, hypo-allergenic, latex free, phthalates free thermoplastic rubber.

Shape / Design / Size / Fit

I think they had the right idea in design, but executed its manifestation poorly. The top vibrating part is too large and top-heavy. The bottom - seemingly meant for a longer vagina's lower play or even perhaps some anal stimulation (which we did not attempt) - is either too short or too long for one of the above-mentioned. It also isn't sturdy enough to make an impact. The top should be a bit smaller. It did us an amount of pleasure (mostly just her clitoris, as any vibration I felt was minimal), but we are definitely better without it getting in the way. I'd find much better play with something more mobile or another dildo entirely. It's easy to put on and pull off, but doesn't sit very well. This is not a good toy for an average or smaller-sized man, but it can still have a use.

Functions / Performance / Controls

The vibration is really quite poor. Make sure you have nails to reach the switch. The vibe-on-touch feature isn't worth the buy. It does come with an extra set of batteries.
    • Not very stimulating

Hey there! Very good review, sorry this toy was a bust for you. I personally have had excellent luck with this Tantus cock ring. It's made from 100% silicone so it is sterilizable and can (and should) last a lifetime with proper care. It also has a replaceable bullet - the one included only has one setting, and though it's fairly strong, you may want something stronger. Something like the High Intensity Bullet is affordable and should fit in it, and it has multiple settings and is VERY strong. Overall, you spend more money but it's a great investment as it lasts a lifetime (well, not the vibrator, but the ring does!)

There are also options like the Tor or the Bo, but frankly you do not need to spend this much to have a good time. These are GREAT rings, but only if you're looking for a luxury toy - otherwise, you don't need to spend that much.

I hope you don't give up on vibrating rings because they can be a lot of fun if you find something that works for you!
