The Vibrating Support Plus extended ring matador, here forward referred to as this cock ring, is primarily designed to be used as a cock ring on a man's penis although the included bullet could be used separately in a variety of ways. A cock ring can be used to serve a number of purposes. The first and most common use is aiding in either getting or maintaining a penis erection. The increased amount of blood kept in the penis may also cause the penis to become more engorged causing it in some cases to become longer or thicker. Because this cock ring also has a vibrating bullet on it, this can provide further assistance getting or maintaining an erection and also provide stimulation to the wearer as well as the partner. This cock ring can be used alone or with a partner although it is made out of TPR which is not able to be sterilized which may be an issue in some situations.

All cock rings are primarily intended for uses by males on their penis, however the vibrator on this may make it useful for other uses such as on a dildo or even providing additional vibration on a vibrator to provide stimulation in any number of situations.

In addition for the uses already mentioned another use is to provide a low level of hands free stimulation to the penis. This could be enjoyable in a number of cases. Opening up the package the cock ring came in their is no noticeable smell, evidence of TPR's lack of phthalates. The material is completely smooth and has no texture on it. There are some patches on the backside of the toy that appear to have come from the manufacturing process but none of these feel rough. The material is fairly stretchy and has a good amount of give to it on the thinner sections. Those worried about the horns on the bull have nothing to worry about as they easily bend back when pushed on. The face is much thicker though and has less give to it which helps it to do a better job transfer vibrations from the bullet.

The material is not sticky to the touch but it does stick to itself if you push the ring's sides together. Pubic hair will not be pulled from wearing this cock ring. It does have a fair amount of friction to it without any lube applied. It would be advisable to apply some lube on both the inside and outside of the toy to alleviate any discomfort while putting on or using it.

The material used in the toy is translucent and is fairly easy to see through. This allows you to see the steel parts inside the TPR as well as the wearer's penis if used in that manner. It has a tendency to bounce around any sort of light hitting it which gives it a nice glowing effect.

This cock ring is fairly comfortable to wear however, due to it's long length, it is a little more difficult to put on and take off. The beads on top and bottom of the front ring do not appear to offer any further stimulation to the wearer and are too far back for it to provide stimulation to a partner.

Inserting the included bullet takes a fair amount of force and once in it will not come out on it's own. The bullet is long enough that you can access the battery compartment without having to remove it. A few twist and the cover is removed and inside there is a convenient diagram showing you which way to place the batteries in. It appears that inserting the batteries either way appears to work just as well though. Also nice is that the batteries come packaged together so that you don't have to manually put in all three separate. A second set of batteries is also included to extend playtime. The packaging states that the bullet is waterproof and there is a o-ring inside to support this. Test in water have proven this to be true.

This cock ring has an interesting design trying to have some playfulness to it but still maintains most of the qualities of a regular cock ring at the same time. In most aspects it succeeds but may be a little too large for some men.

As mentioned, this cock ring includes a bullet that provides vibrations to both the wearer and partner. The packaging states that this is a three speed bullet but it's actually the simpler on off variety. While not super powerful, it does provide a decent amount of stimulation and will most definitely be felt by the person wearing it. Getting a partner to feel the vibrations from it may be trickier as depending on the position used, the bull's head may not line up well and vibrations are not as intense at the end of the penis as at the base where the bullet is. Vibrations from the bullet can be heard through the covers or under water but only at a low volume that is easily blocked out by other noises or a closed door. The bullet is very easy to turn on and off since it's off to the side, there's little chance of it accidentally getting turned off.

This cock ring is mostly made out of TPR which can not be sterilized. This means it should not be shared between partners and a condom is advisable although it may not totally protect you. This also means you should only use this cock ring with water or silicone based lubricants as oil lubricants may cause deterioration. Soap and water should work in most cases for general cleaning but more thorough cleaning may be necessary depending on how dirty it gets. It is recommended to store almost all types of toys separate from one another. In the case of TPR, there is the possibility that the material of two toys could react and either discolor or melt the surface of the toy. A simple plastic baggy will work just fine for storage.

The packaging on this toy is anything but subtle. It is obvious what this toy is for and if you didn't already know the bullet points on the packaging give it away. There are no instructions on how to use the toy only bullet points on its features. One of which is incorrect in that it says it has a 3 speed bullet but it's actually only one. The bullet and cock ring are wrapped in little plastic bags that is not held in place. While it is possible to store the toy in the packaging much better options exists. While being suggestive, the packaging is not pornographic and should be ok for most users.

Honestly for us it was just too big. I already have a pretty small penis and so once I had it on all that was sticking through was the head of my penis since I wasn't full erect and trying to get an erection was more difficult since the only part I could really stimulate was the head. It was also was very loose fitting on my penis until full erection when it becomes somewhat snug. It did not help me get or maintain an erection. This is actually the first time that my wife said "this toy sucks". Now granted this is just our take on it and I think for someone larger it would work better but if you have a small penis like me I'd look at one of similar cock rings listed below. One work around to this issue may be to cut off the front ring leaving behind the bull's head and back ring. I may try doing this and report back my results in a follow-up review.

To give this cock ring a fair shake I decided to try using it while masturbating to see if that might work any better. Trying to masturbate by hand is hard with this on as the same issue applies masturbating as with intercourse that it's hard to stroke my penis as almost all of it is covered by the cock ring. I've been getting into using didoes anally and tried it like this in a situation where the main stimulation is coming from the anus and the penis is receiving less intense stimulation designed more to take you over edge than be the main focus. Alas I discovered another issue with this toy in that the bullet seems to only want to stay on for around 15 minutes and then slowly begins to die. If you leave it off for a while, it appears to have more power so I'm guessing it must be overheating or something. I am giving this toy 3 stars because a lot of my issues with it are based on my small penis size. The bullet is a bit annoying but it can be replaced with a stronger one if desired.
