This Egg is Not for Eating
I was very pleased with the "Silky" egg and plan on trying out the others. This is something that is great for solo use but couples could use this as well if intercourse was not in the playbook for the night. I bought the "Silky" egg, and this egg was my first solo toy ever. I must say I was pretty happy with it and impressed. This toy is mainly for guys to use solo but can be used with couples. It's a masturbation toy that has a variety of different textures available for the inside of the egg. These different textures can be stimulating to you in their own way. The "Silky" egg has the texture of a ribbed toy but with a few diagonal ribs to give it a unique feel.
The egg is made of silicone and should be safe for anyone to use. So if you are one who is allergic to latex, then this is for you. Besides being latex free, it is also phthalate-free and hypo-allergenic. It has a very small scent to it that was no way at all noticeable unless you actually held it up to your nose. The outside texture is smooth and feels like a really thick condom. It is very stretchy. That is how it was designed so it will reach the base of the penis. Unstretched, it is just about the same size of a real egg you would eat or use to bake a cake with. It should fit mostly everyone, unless you are just abnormally big and thick. Think of this like a very thick condom as well.
The color of this is white like you would see on a hard boiled egg. It is in an egg shell, and the form of it is an egg as well. It has one hole for entry only. This is great as it will let you be anywhere and when you ejaculate it will not be a mess to clean up. The tightness is going to depend on you. If you grip it kind of loose then it will be loose and keep you hard for a while. But if you tighten your grip, then you will be coming in minutes. It is very easy to travel with or to hide if needed. The egg comes with the right amount of lube for the one time use. It was priced well and was well worth it too.
Clean up could not be easier. As I said earlier, it has only one hole so you just slide it off and put the egg back into its shell, then snap it shut and toss it in the trash. However, you may want something to clean up the mess on yourself as that is the only thing not provided. I just took a shower to clean up down there. If showering is not what you want to do then a warm washcloth, soap and dry towel would do the job to get you clean down there again. If you have a toy cleaner that is safe for the skin, I would also recommend that as well, but I would still lean more to the washcloth, soap method.

Experience
After I had lubed up the egg, I could not get the egg on. I actually had to twist the egg on to get past my head. Once I got past it, I could feel the texture of the egg. I found that the slower I went, the more I could feel the texture. As I kept stroking I also found that if I twisted my hand every time I went up I could feel more sensation with the texture. There was barely any sound that I noticed, which was nice so if I ever get this toy again, which I will be, I wouldn't have to wake up my girlfriend in the middle of the night.

From what I've seen, the general consensus is that the Tenga Eggs are pretty nice for the price (rhyme not intended, haha!). A lot of people recommend them to guys as first-time strokers, since they're cheap and disposable.
Before asking questions like this in the forum, though, read a few of the reviews. I find that it's usually helpful to read at least one from someone who really liked it and one from someone who didn't, so you can get an idea from both sides. :)

Tenga Eggs and Foreskin?

So I'm curious because I'd love to get my boyfriend one of these. He is not circumcised, meaning he has his foreskin (thank goodness :D ) but that makes we wonder how well these would work for him. See the reason I ask is because his foreskin occasionally will get caught or pinched in a condom, and I know those are significantly tighter, but I'd hate to buy him something that ends up being uncomfortable.

I'm not sure if I keep missing when these come back in stock and they just get bought up really fast or if they just aren't ordering any more. I believe that the Tenga Sparkle and Twinkle were 2010 seasonal limited edition, so EF may not be able to get them in stock again at all. Perhaps you can file a support ticket, though, and inquire as to whether or not they will ever return to stock.

I know EF has the eggs listed as being silicone but I wondered if anyone has actually flame tested one of these cute little guys.
Reason I ask is because I went searching the tenga website when someone (and I cannot for the life of me remember who) wrote a review and were unsure of the egg lotion being water or silicone based.
When I stumbled onto the tenga canada site and saw the specs for the egg it said there they are actually made of Elastomer.
So has anyone taken science into their own hands about these little suckers? -

I'm wondering exactly why these are only single-use. I've read most of the reviews, but still do not understand exactly why (I would have commented, I just wanted to make a general discussion). Since it's silicone, shouldn't it be..? Or is it a really low-grade or soft silicone or something?

We have one and we've only used it once so far, but the top of the egg appears to be thinning, like it will break with one or two more uses. I think it is the grade of silicone, however, I really do think they can last more than one use. Many people I know who use them get at least a few uses out of them. -
Glad someone posted on these because I'm infinitely curious about them. I hope someone does a video because I still can't get a good idea of how these work just by looking at/reading about them.

So did it tear after the first use? I have got more than 10 uses out of my first one. Since it is silicone, you can clean it with soap and water and use it again until it breaks.
It is suppose to be a one time use but if it does not break or tear or anything you can clean it up like Dwtim said and reuse it. $10 is a little pricey for one time use but if you use your Eden Points to bring that down some you might not even pay anything at all.
