It is designed, first and foremost, as a cock ring. It is placed around the shaft, or the testicles and shaft, depending on your preference. The outside diameter of the ring itself is 2 1/8". The resting diameter of the inside of the ring is 1 1/2". If the ring is stretched as far as it can be stretched, the inside diameter is between 3 1/2" and 4", but it would be a snug fit when you let go. I've listed what Doc Johnson calls the settings; the notes in parenthesis are what I think they feel like.

The bullet works on 3 small batteries, type LR44H, which are included. After three 20-30 minute uses, and some playing around with the functions, they are still going strong. The silicone portion can be washed with soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner; it can be sterilized by boiling it, wiping it with a 10% bleach solution or running it through the dishwasher. The bullet can be washed with soap and water or your favorite toy cleaner, and you can sterilize it by wiping it down with a 10% bleach solution. You cannot boil the bullet or run it through the dishwasher, as it may damage the motor.

Avoid using silicone lubes with this cock ring, as they will react with the silicone of the ring and cause damage. Likewise, you will want to avoid storing this ring where it will come in contact with other silicone toys to avoid damage.

There are no tiny grooves or deep seams that make this tricky to clean, a quick scrub will make it look new again. The bullet is easy to clean as well, as it is waterproof and you can rinse it under running water.
