I would consider it an option for beginners or more advanced users of all genders, since it can be combined with an existing dildo or penis.

The toy had a faint plastic smell out of the box, and was slightly tacky to the touch-drop this on your floor and it will attract dust and hair. The sleeve, being designed to fit over a cock, was definitely stretchy and I was able to pull it to about twice its width without feeling like it would rip.

The top of the sleeve is almost solid and has a pinkie-finger sized core carved out, which is probably for cum and also creates a feeling of a squishy "head". The rest of the sleeve, which is about five inches long, is hollow and needs to be mostly filled to keep the sleeve from flopping over from the weight of the semi-solid head.

The toy packaging didn't say what kind of material it was, but my educated guess would be that it is TPR, or thermoplastic rubber. TPR is a semi-porous material, so if you plan on sharing use barrier protection, and only use water or silicone-based lubricants.

The toy's design is straightforward and intuitive-put something inside! The ticklers do add some stimulation, but because the material is very squishy and soft, it is also easy to mash them down into the sleeve.

As the sleeve is made of TPR, it is very stretchy and adjustable. I think that the toy should fit any cock that is an inch in diameter or larger, but would be loose on less girthy shafts. It is fairly easy to put on and take off the toy as it is essentially like putting on a thicker condom.

My play partner (e.g. demo penis) had no complaints about the comfort, although he did say the inside felt very tacky and would use lube next time for a smoother feel.

As I personally prefer smaller cocks, this toy was more than enough for me, and we found using less penetrative positions like spooning to be a good compromise between my partner feeling like he had a big alien dick and my personal preferences.
