My husband and I bought the Triple Orgasm Erection Enhancer to add a little something-something to our sex life. Unfortunately, the multiple stimulation stations didn't bring the triple-threat it advertised. I found the ring to be a bit bulky, and the prongs didn't exactly hit the right spots nor did they provide much in the way of stimulation while used as a cock ring. The silicone was smooth and seemed to hold up pretty well, but I am a little uncertain as to the longevity for the more forceful thruster. The ring is very pliable, so it was not really a true cock ring, but that isn't what we had gotten it for. The clitoral stimulator was a little too long, and I found myself repositioning them during intercourse.

The bullets were a little difficult to adjust without complete withdrawl. The bullets were a little odd to use in the cock ring, but we have found a lot of use for them without it. Made of soft and pliable material, it may have been a little to soft as it seemed to absorb the vibrations of the bullets before really reaching me.
