The QS is made of Fleshlight's “super skin” material. The “super skin” is very soft and holds temperature well. The QS did arrive sticky on the outside which I haven’t seen before with a Fleshlight. The stickiness easily washed away, and it was fine after that. The QS does not have an odor. The middle of the QS is a hard plastic ring that holds the sleeve in place and gives you something solid to hold onto. The intertexture of the QS is a spiral ridge pattern with a hole that is a little larger than ¾ of an inch wide. The insertion hole does stretch rather wide.

The design of the QS is something completely different from a regular Fleshlight. The QS is designed with an opening on the top and bottom so you can use it from either end. The QS is 4 Inches in length with the cover caps on but is 3.5 inches without. The plastic ring in the center is 1.25 inches and gives you enough room to hold onto the QS comfortably. The downside to having both ends open is that lubrication will come out the other side and it makes a mess. The reason I bought this Fleshlight was to see if I could find a middle ground between a quick jerk and run situation and a take my time and clean my Fleshlight. When using a lot of lube with the QS it does get noisy. The noise is a huge turn on to me so I could careless but some people might not like it. It will make the “classic” jerking off sound but will not be able to be heard behind a closed door. The functionality of the QS is straight forward (I guess more up and down).
My favorite way to use the QS is in the shower. The sleeve warms up under the water and stays warm while I use it. If I feel that the sleeve is getting dry I just stand under the water and it lubes up the sleeve enough for me to continue.

The QS is made easy to clean. The sleeve pulls out of the center ring and then can be flipped inside out. The sleeve can be cleaned with soap and water and then left to dry. The center plastic ring is made of plastic so you can clean that however you wish. If you clean the QS properly the company states that the QS should last forever. I would use a water based lube just to be on the safe side.

The QS comes in a very nice box that has a front plastic window that allows you to see the toy inside. The box has pictures of the QS on it and talks about the superskin and texture of the sleeve. The box is small and doesn't waste any space.

Most of the time I purchase toys for my wife, but this time I decided it was my turn to get something. I purchased the QS for me to use when my wife wasn't around or in the mood. I figured that this would be better than using my hand and still easy to clean up. The QS lived up to its name and has worked out well for me. The biggest surprise I have had so far while using it is that it is much better when my wife uses it on me. This should come as no surprise to anyone, but the stroke depth and tempo not being in your control makes things feel a lot better.
