This couples toy is meant to encircle the penis and testicles. The small, fat ring wraps around the shaft of the penis, and the larger round ring wraps around the shaft and loops under the testicles. The rabbit on the top of the ring is meant to stimulate the clitoris with (or without, though I can't see why you wouldn't want the vibrations if you bought this toy) vibration during penetrative sex. The bullet vibe also stimulates the penis and testicles.

The ring and holder itself are made of stretchy silicone. It has a slight smell and is soft to the touch. It has little nubs on the penis ring that point forward, as well as on the area in between the rabbit and the ring. It is very stretchy, but herein lies the problem.

This toy is very comfortable to wear. It stretches so it can fit around any sized member. I have found with some rings that the constriction is too great, and it becomes uncomfortable. This ring, however, is stretchy and still snug enough that you get some added blood to the penis to enhance erection.

The rabbit ears were a little too high to stimulate my ladyfriend, but the whole device conducts the vibrations very well so that she could still feel it.

This vibrating ring is a great idea but the build quality is terrible. The outer ring broke within 3 or so uses. Save your money and buy a product that is made of a better material.
