The silicone material makes it a bit rough; you need a lot of lube to slide it onto the penis, as well as when you first begin using it, regardless of arousal state. Make sure the lube you use is safe for silicone! The vibrator end, however, works very well. It's small, but good. It's relatively quiet on it's own, and once it is pressed against the body, you can't hear it at all, so no real worries for those trying to be quiet- except for the orgasmic screams. It may take a few tries to find the right spot for each person, but it's worth it in the end. The ribbing I couldn't really feel, to be quite honest, thought my boyfriend said he could feel the ribbing on his side and it was an interesting "in a good way" experience. The rabbit was a nice touch, and didn't cause any discomfort, considering I had never done any type of anal play of any sort before.

I would definitely say that with the amount of lube needed, as soon as you're finished using the rabbit (and have regained breathing ability) to remove the vibrator and clean it well with warm water and soap, if you don't already own a toy-specific cleanser. If you can, leave it out to dry, if not, use a lint-free material to dry it off and store. If drying it yourself- make sure to get the nooks and crannies inside the sleeve, turn it inside out if need be.
