First of all, As simple as this is it's my FAVORITE toy of ALL the toys I have! My hubby bought it a few weeks ago and I don't think we've stopped using it since! The stretchy silicone is awesome because we can use this with pretty much any other toy we have! For being so small it has so many options!
The cock ring fits snugly so we have no problem with things slipping and sliding around no matter how wet it gets! The little bumps, are AMAZING.. both sides work awesome for both partners. The smaller bumps are a nice tease for me and the bigger ones give my clit a nice direct rubbing. (Which I love) I really don't think I have any complaints about this one. I think this is the best toy I have ever bought. My husband and I both get super strong orgasms from this and we can get off more quickly and do it again! It's also not too loud. Trust me I've had some loud ones but I have yet to wake up anyone in the house with this in the middle of the night! It's small so we can pack it and take it along on vacation without worry that someone may see it. It will fit in my purse!
It isn't too hard to clean.. More work than a regular vibrator maybe but still not hard to keep clean. This is more a 2 player toy but you can use the bullet on your own. I love that I can slip my other small bullet toys in as well as the original one. If you don't have any others the one that comes with is just fine, it has multiple settings for however you like it. The high setting is wonderful for those of you who like a really direct clit stimulation!

What do you mean by interchangeable heads- couldn't you just slip a bullet in a different cock ring?
Also, since this toy is TPR silicone, keep it away from other silicone toys- it will melt! It is a somewhat porous material as well, not to be confused with medical grade silicone.
TPR is a great material, I love every single toy I have that's made out of it.
