This is definitely a wonderful toy... It is by far the best masturbator I have tried, and by far the closest thing to a vagina I've ever masturbated with. I have used it almost every night since I got it, and it has held up very well... I tend use a little bit of water based KY jelly to make it feel even more like the real thing. The KY makes it slide in and out much more comfortably, as the Thermalplastic Rubber that it is made out of can have lots of friction against a dry shaft... possibly leading to chafing.

It could be tighter, but the ribs inside make up for it. I like to set it between two pillows and hump away at it as it is easy to keep in place that way, and you can experiment with the angles. The adjustable end makes it so that you can find just the right amount of suction you prefer.

For easy cleanup I find it easiest to use a condom, otherwise you'll have to clean it out in the sink or tub. I found that after cleaning it with water, sticking a paper towel in it prevents it from getting mildew/mold smell... If it does end with a mildew problem, the manufacturer suggested rubbing alcohol, which worked great. Having to use the sink to clean it, I have found myself leaving it the kitchen on accident...
