This is definitely a wonderful toy... It is by far the best masturbator I have tried, and by far the closest thing to a vagina I've ever masturbated with. I have used it almost every night since I got it, and it has held up very well... I tend use a little bit of water based KY jelly to make it feel even more like the real thing. The KY makes it slide in and out much more comfortably, as the Thermalplastic Rubber that it is made out of can have lots of friction against a dry shaft... possibly leading to chafing.
It could be tighter, but the ribs inside make up for it. I like to set it between two pillows and hump away at it as it is easy to keep in place that way, and you can experiment with the angles. The adjustable end makes it so that you can find just the right amount of suction you prefer.
For easy cleanup I find it easiest to use a condom, otherwise you'll have to clean it out in the sink or tub. I found that after cleaning it with water, sticking a paper towel in it prevents it from getting mildew/mold smell... If it does end with a mildew problem, the manufacturer suggested rubbing alcohol, which worked great. Having to use the sink to clean it, I have found myself leaving it the kitchen on accident... Something to keep in mind if you are embarrassed easily.
Throw in a butt plug in your ass while having your way with this toy for a sensory overload.
It is kind of bulky, so make sure you have a good place to store your toys. I'm starting to run out of space myself.

If you have access to a sink with running water for a minute, you have everything you need to clean it. Isopropyl alcohol and corn starch seem to be additional optional measures that may keep it in better shape over the long run, but are probably not necessary every time.

These things are great, aren't they? I bought the non-descript original in clear for my husband, and they really are a lot of fun to use. The company does make tighter sleeves, though eden doesn't sell all of them...hopefully they will change that.
