First thing, the entire box is written in Japanese (at least I think its Japanese) so reading anything about what its for or how to use it is out of the question, although I'm sure we can figure it out on our own! You open the box and inside is not only the toy but also a small bottle of lube (which I only knew that's what it was after opening it and feeling it) along with a white round disk-I never could figure out what it was for.

This is a clear, firm sleeve that is open at both ends with a twisting, ribbed tunnel down the center. Once I took the clear sleeve out from its temporary protective plastic cover I saw that it had been partially melted which is very common for items made of this material so be careful with storage and cleaning. The material is much more firm than many of the sleeves I have used in the past and since the "pull and twist" method is a personal favorite move of mine I was disappointed, but it wound up working for the better in the long run since the inside of the sleeve was twisted and ribbed already. It didn't have any kind of plastic/rubber smell at all which is very nice. Since it is open at both ends this toy gives the user a full range of motion in comparison to items like the flesh-lights that have a closed end. Even though the tunnel gives a nice tight "hug" to the user it was not hard to clean. It didn't dry thoroughly even after a full day of sitting out but there are many lubricants that reactivate when mixed with water-so not really a bad thing. Be aware when applying lube-since the entire sleeve is made of the same material any lube on the outside will make it very hard to move and the opening is not loose enough to stay on by itself, so keep a towel handy.

If you are looking to get your man something (or yourself) to take with you on trips, if your partner is out of town, or even if you want something more than Mr. Hand this is a great substitute! It gives the user a nice tight hold, its small, easy to clean, and boy does it get the job done! As mentioned before be sure to store this item properly to avoid melting.

After months of (enthusiastic) use, it is still going strong. It has not stretched out, or become worn. The best gift I could have given him!
