The Super Head Honcho is simply an amazing masturbation toy. I don’t know how else to describe my experience with it than to say that if I am going to be by myself, I want this toy. I dare say, I find it as satisfying as my own hand.

The effect is a vacuum sensation that will blow your mind. A second mode of play is to scrunch the toy down far enough that the head of your penis protrudes through the hole.
