10,000 Ways to Say I Love You review

I received 10,000 Ways to Say I Love You in the mail and decided to read the book with my husband. We both agree that there are some sweet, kind, funny, and very sexy suggestions in this text. Many of the suggestions can be used daily to enhance an everyday relationship. There are even some great ideas for the new couple and the long term couple. Many of the ideas are things that can be accomplished in a very short amount of time and still provide a wonderful way to express your love for that someone special.

Many of the suggestions require little to no extra equipment to complete the idea. Both my husband and I agree that there are some suggestions that may not be as romantic and sexy as others, such as scheduling your partner's yearly physical. We both recommend exercising discretion when using this book for the intended purpose; pick and choose the suggestions that you find to be most helpful for your relationship and level of commitment in your relationship.

Most of the ideas for long term relationships involve new ways for couples in that relationship category to spice up their relationship with minimal effort. Much of the advice for the new couples involves efforts that are minimal, such as a picnic lunch for two consisting of bread, cheese, wine, and fresh fruit as well as the addition of bicycles for riding. These can be accomplished on a modest budget; others can be accomplished for no cost at all. Some of the suggestions involve the purchase of “a good wine;” those can be pricey but are well worth the effort.

My husband and I have enjoyed this book so much that we have recommended it to several other couples. Now, not all of them have let us know about their experiences, but almost all have said that this book is worth its weight in gold. Several of my husbands’ male friends have reported success in new areas of their relationships with their wives and girlfriends. Many of the women have told me that their significant others have become more thoughtful and caring, while starting a spark in the bedroom. They have all said that they are more eager to please their partners and to try new things both in and out of the bedroom.

Overall, this is a publication I would recommend for every couple to have on their bookshelf for everyday use.
