Kama Sutra for 21st Century Lovers is a very sensuous feeling book and the author has taken time to address even the smallest details.

One of the first things to catch my attention was definitely the models. Every model in this book is very visually appealing and you can sense a strong chemistry between the couples on every page. The pictures are large enough to give you a good idea of how a position should look and there are multiple pictures of some positions from different angles. The book maintains kind of a soft core porn feeling and spares you any direct vaginal or penis photographs. When it's necessary for the author to show those things they use sketches, and there are even a few old Kama Sutra style paintings scattered throughout the pages.

Besides showing you some different positions from the Kama Sutra, the author describes how they should feel for the man and the woman. Some of the pages include explanations of simple exercises you can do to help increase the feeling of certain positions (like Kegels or yoga), interesting information about the spiritual influence behind the positions, and some fun ideas for variations to make the positions easier or more intense. The author also takes the time to discuss the importance of foreplay, showing different ways to kiss, preform oral sex and erotic massage.

With so many choices, it's hard to decide what to try first. As another reviewer said, you should do what the author suggests and just open the book to a random page and try that position. After you've been using it a while you'll get a feel for your favorites. Of course, it won't hurt to flip through the book in your spare time and read up on some of the positions.

The only real downside to the book, for some, may be that it's purely heterosexual. There are a few things that might be beneficial for homosexual couples, but not enough to justify spending $30 on it.
