The Two Knotty Boys' first book, Showing You the Ropes, is an excellent instructional guide for people new to rope tying and even more experienced. Even though its images are black and white, the book itself is so helpful that it doesn't even matter. Without any prior knowledge to rope tying, you could read this and, with sufficient practice, become a pro.

This book is published by Cleis press and edited and co-authored by Rachel Kramer Bussel. It has 21 stories of BDSM by various authors. I really enjoyed the variety stories, it is not just hetero couples where the submissive female is getting a light spanking, it is full-on and has a variety of sex and levels of kink. Everything from total power exchange to voyeurism is included and it even has a solo bondage story. I enjoyed being in the subs head one minute and then the Doms head the next.

This is an interesting book which would be intriguing to almost anyone. Through this book you divulge much more deeply into Beauty's mind and her heart. You also get to learn much more about the dreaded village. The male she yearns for in this book, Tristan, has his story nearly equally expanded as hers in this book, which I thought was nifty since they only gave Alexi two chapters in book one.

Book two of the Sleeping Beauty series by Anne Rice is nothing to bat an eye at. Part of it will bore you sleep, but then you'll wake your ass up when there's cats suckling clits. For a second there we do find some character depth, but not with Beauty. If you've read book one and just can't help but read this one thinking it gets better, it really doesn't, and you'll feel bad. Just saying.

Reading this book is not unlike reading the blog of some girl you knew in high school who turns out to have a creepy fetish that disturbs you in a way that when you see her in line at the grocery store you feel embarrassed FOR her. To be honest, I don't even know what to say about this one. I am a huge Anne Rice fan, but this isn't my cup of tea. It is probably because I'm not all that interested or turned on by BDSM. Rice usually will mix an ample amount of erotica in her chronicles, but this was excessive for my tastes. At the turn of every page was the account of some sadomasochism, physical as well as mental degradation, bondage and punishment. I'd pass on the Sleeping Beauty unless you're into that sort of stuff.

Amazing Book! Simply amazing. If you like bdsm erotica fiction this is most assuredly the book for you. It's written in amazing detail, and I like that it's set in the past. It would be great for a historical fiction fan who wants an erotic twist. Rice is amazing at what she does, and this is some of her best work. Overall, I found myself repeatedly loving two things about this book: its emphasis on the connection between top and bottom, that fucking hot dynamic that makes power exchange so worthwhile, and its examples of scenes with detailed descriptions of bottoms' reactions and what they could mean. The best tops are empathetic tops, because they are tuned in to what their bottoms feel and want and need, and this book tries to show tops how to cultivate empathy in a perfectly sexy, toppy way.

You get to follow Carrie as she tells the story of her year away from Johnathan while she was with a Master who strictly trained her, trained her as a pony girl, and made her serve with other submissives.

Overall, I was surprised by this DVD. With how the first scene started out, I figured it would be a lot like a Belladonna film. But while it was aggressive, it wasn't anywhere near to what a Belladonna film would be. They also had a lot of great toys and costumes used, and even some lube thrown in. The ATM didn't bother me much, I'm used to it by now, but the really young women did. In the BTS, it said that Kara was only 2 months past her 18th. I'll never watch scene 2 or 3 again.
Sandra very energetic in scene, lots of toys, great lingerie, some scenes have lube.

Kim Kardashian Superstar
Unless you are a big fan of Kimmy K or Ray J, this isn't the best pick. A lot of the sex scenes are blurry, the music/dubbing gets annoying, and the sex is very vanilla. Still, you get to watch the sexy Kim Kardashian give a blow job, get eaten out, and fucked hard. The camera work isn't the best but the sex is hot - mostly because Kim & Ray J are fine and clearly into each other. It's not my favorite in terms of turning me on, but I'm still glad I got to see what all the fuss was about.

BORING! I like sex tapes, so I picked this one up just to see what it was like. I was extremely disappointed. There is more tape than sex, and when there is sex it's very good. The video quality is crap and it's way too short. Don't buy this if you're looking for a good sex tape.

Ray J shows the world how bad of a director he is while proclaiming how great he is. This film consists of two sex scenes sandwiching nearly thirty minutes of candid filler. While the camera angles were mostly horrid, the oral scenes were a thing of beauty, with the exception of Ray J going down on Kim. This is a case where the bonus disc may have been worth more than the official disc.
Kim is hot, great oral scenes, and awesome bonus disc with historical vivid scenes!

I think "G is for Games" is another great installation in the alphabet erotica series. I can see many of the stories being the backbone for some creative re-imaginings of other games. There's nothing overtly dark in here, so I think it would make a good first book for someone exploring erotica, or as part of a collection.

This is a flight of fancy that might just give you some ideas and those ideas won't get you or your partner hurt. Although some of the stories are more intense than others, none of them really push the boundaries of hardcore extreme play. You always see female submission in erotica, not male submission. This book is all about the power of the female stance...as well as the willingness of men to surrender to it. I love the obscure genre, but there are definitely a few stories that are just a bit too much for me. Coming from a hardcore porn fan, that's saying a lot. If you can handle heavy whipping and cutting, you'll have no problem with this book. Otherwise, you might want to consider something a little less intense.

This well written book is one of the first “Overground Books” to discuss, in depth, the D/S, M/s, BDSM Play with no judgment. The Bottoming Book is a fantastic primer for a person just dipping their toes into the BDSM pool. By no means is it the all-inclusive bible on the topic of bottoming, but it's a damn good starting point.

All in all, I'd recommend this book for someone who's just edging into erotica and who isn't particularly wild with fetishes. Someone who's into traditional male-on-female domination will thoroughly enjoy this book, but if you're looking for a wide range of fetishes you should look elsewhere. I don't recommend "Yes Ma'am: Stories of Male Submission". It might be worth purchasing if you simply had to collect every porn anthology on the topic, but ultimately, there are better books to jerk off to.
Two stories, "Secretary's Day" and "Taming the Unruly" were worth re-reading.
