Consider Best Sex Writing 2010 and other books in the series like a coffee table books. The stories and essays should get your mind in motion and spark thoughtful conversations about sexuality between yourself and others. Arousal is just a side effect.

This books celebrates sexuality in all of its forms. It aims for more of a mental orgasm. It touches on subjects that are real life and relevant to today. An interesting read that is sure to prompt deeper, sexier conversations with your lover.

This highly entertaining collection of 25 non-fiction essays covers numerous sexual topics in a tone that ranges from the delightfully daring to the intellectually informative. This isn't erotica though, so readers looking for steamy "sex scenes" should look elsewhere.

Looking for a new coffee table or bathroom book? Here it is. If you're looking to spark conversations about sex, politics (of sex), and life, I think this is it. Be advised: this is not 100% vanilla writing, I was a little disturbed by one story and strongly disagreed with another. Happy Reading!

Best Sex Writing 2010 is a delectable sampler of short essays about the most surprising sex-related subjects. Each piece has its own flavor—some speak whimsically of sexual anatomy, others are reflections of personal experiences, and still others examine pop culture and politics and how they affect our sex lives. There is something exciting, intriguing, and eye-opening for every reader who approaches this collection with an open mind.
