Overall, this is a fun book to add to your collection. You will have fun trying to get through a year of doing all of this stuff. I've had this book for a few years and we never have tried to finish through it. It's just fun to have around when you want to try something different than the same old sex positions.

This book can be helpful for a couple in a rut. It can spark some ideas to inspire couples to keep their sexual activity as a big part of the intimacy of their relationship. This is NOT a book about finding new positions or trying new adventures for more advanced sexual exploration. It's geared more towards a couple who needs help exploring sex together, giving them basic ideas and simple activities to get started on a path of sensual exploration with each other.
