I really enjoyed this book and I had a hard time putting it down. The stories are all well written and I could relate to most of the characters. The book featured some long time lovers and not just women conquering something they desire, but also owning their sexuality and loving their obsessions.

There were some good and not-so-good stories in Obsessed. I've read a lot more erotic stories than some of these. The likability factor of characters and plots are the same way - some good, some not-so-good. I wouldn't spend $15 on this book.

A heartwarming read; [italic|Obsessed, Erotic Romance For Women] is perfect for just before bed or when you feel like there is no hope and life is bleak. These stories aren't hardcore fetish stories nor are there any queer pairings, this book is aimed more toward heterosexual couples/singles. The subject matter, however, spans the gap and renders the stories group-less as well as timeless.

When I hear the word obsessed, I think of a desire that borders on madness, an all consuming flame that occupies every waking moment and even your dreams. The idea of a collection of erotica dedicated to this sounded seriously hot. However, hardly any of the stories actually dealt with the concept of obsession.

The Mile High Club is an erotic book that lots of instances of sex up in an airplane. The plots vary quite a bit as well as the action inside the story. “Pride and Prejudice: Hidden Lusts” is a funny, sexy and very literary pornographic parody of Jane Austen's classic novel. Stepmother 4 was not as good as it could have been considering the stars in the movie. Orgasmic
Orgasmic is an erotic anthology edited by Rachel Kramer Bussel that focuses on women having orgasms. There is some pretty good variety in the stories and I think that most people will enjoy it. If you like a collection that features only really intense erotica or that has more variety in the sexual orientations of the characters then it might not be the best one for you.

Although reading Orgasmic wasn't very orgasmic for me, it was a great introduction to erotica. Since it has multiple authors and topics, for every story I did not enjoy there was one that I did. I was expecting something a bit more explicit, and was disappointed by a few stories which seemed to be more romance novel than erotica. Orgasmic was not the most arousing, but every short story was at least thought provoking.

Inside Him
Fifteen brilliantly-written stories fill the pages of Inside Him: New Gay Erotica. Nearly every story in this book moved me in some way---though just as many moved me to solemn introspection as moved me to arousal. True lovers of literature will find many tragedies and many small happinesses in Joël B. Tan's anthology. Readers who do not enjoy nonconsent should skip the third and fourth stories---but each vignette brings a compelling idea to the collection, and they're all written masterfully.
