Festering Cocks, Oh My!

Official Friday the 13th Parody, while maybe not the most perfect parody of all time, is a pretty darn good porn flick. It's humorous, there's some good chemistry, and there's quite a good bit of variety, which can't be said for every movie.

Pros:
A decent amount of variety, all but one scene is very good, good plot, great cast.
Cons:
One bad apple scene, flies, story might be a bit weak.

extremely useful review

Even if you've never seen Friday the 13th, as is the case with me, you know the story. Jason Vorhees and his killings. It's a cult classic.

Audience and Genre
Another one of those parodies that porn is most notable for, Official Friday the 13th Parody is good for just about anyone. It has a decent plot (if a little weak), and some hot scenes. Probably aimed more towards men, but it's suitable for couples.

The movie has straight sex shown. There's one scene of pseudo-BDSM with female domination and a threesome that has very little girl-on-girl action outside of the regular man-and-woman sex.

The Story and The Sex
The main character, Susie (Sara Sloane), hears the legend of some guy who drowned in a lake because his cock was too large... eh, the story doesn't really matter, honestly. Flesh eating jizz, yadda yadda. The sex, while mainly straight, PIV sex, has a few unexpected twists and turns that make each scene stand out.

Cast and Pairings
The first scene is between Courtney Cummz and Mr. Pete, who are apparently other people residing at the nudist camp. This scene has female domination, anal play, and is pretty hot. I got annoyed with the flies hanging around, and the spitting, though. It's a very striking start to a movie!

The second scene is between Asa Akira and Rocco Reed. I really enjoyed this scene--the setting of it was perfect: a cabin that was sort of creepy and had, like, torture-looking devices, and the couple had chemistry. This struck on the intimacy of the sex. It did seem intimate, which is quite the opposite for the previous scene. There was a bit of anal fingering to this scene. Warning, at the end of the scene (after the cumshot), it has a moment of something that you don't want to see when basking in the afterglow.

The third scene features one of my favorites, Kagney Linn Karter and Carlo Carrera. The scene is a flashback to the 70's (according to the dialog) and features very 80's clothing--annoying. Anyway, Carrera plays the pre-flesh-eating jizz Jason. The sex here is meh--the positions are interesting, but it wasn't anything stellar. Seeing Karter play with herself was nice, though.

The fourth coupling is an absolutely boring threesome between Mark Wood, Brooke Lee Adams, and Brooklyn Lee. There was no chemistry whatsoever between any of the actors, and I'm starting to think that Mark Wood looks kind of weird. The girls really don't do anything together; there's a double-blowjob, and then each girl rides Wood in turn.

The fifth and final coupling is Sara Sloane and Kris Slater. This scene really makes up for the crappy scene beforehand. These two have chemistry, and they work well together. The setting is nice, as is the mood of the film at this point. It's like, sweet relief.

Packaging, Menu, and Features
Like Sanatorium, Zero Tolerance has packaged Official Friday the 13th Parody in a double-large box that can be used to show off the packaging. The box art is an exact copy of the DVD case, just blown up. The back of the box and case have a summary blurb and about 20 photos. I really have no use for the box, so I just recycled it.

The menu is pretty basic. It features popshots, trailers, a photo gallery, behind the scenes, and chapter selection.

My Opinion
Y'know, it was a good movie overall, with just one really bad apple scene. As a person who doesn't handle scary movies very well, this wasn't very scary, which worked great. Only the scene with Reed's death really bothered me, and it was just because it was a surprise. It's probably not going to be the movie I reach for most often, but it wasn't dreadful. Four stars.
