extremely useful review
G is for Games is a series of short erotic stories centered around games. I was shocked to see that the book features more than just couples related games, but also solo and sports themed games as well. All the stories are very different than what I expected, and I like that. I love it when something isn't what I expected - in a good way.

Something different for me was that the sex kind of took a seat in the background. Some of the stories were more revolved around the plot. It was like a breath of fresh air. It was certainly something different that I enjoyed. I also like the fact that the book is smaller in size than most, so I felt like I was getting through it faster than I was another book I was reading at the time.

The 140 page books starts with an introduction that gets you warmed up, letting you know a little about what to expect. Definitely sets the mood and gets you wanting more.

The book has 13 short stories, all written by a variety of different authors. The stories are only about 3 or so pages in length on average. The book is edited by Alison Tyler who has over 20 novels of her own, as well as many more books like this one that she has edited. The cover has a 40's or 50's style pin up girl in a bikini (or maybe bra and panties?) holding playing cards and a wand. This is a book that would be safe laying out on your desk at work, as it doesn't depict erotic pictures like most of my other books do.

There is a little bit of everything in this book. Straight, lesbian, gay and even BDSM shows its cute little head in here. Something for everyone, and this book definitely aims to please. Some of the games involved in the stories are baseball, chess, tennis, Twister, dressing up in a naughty outfit, mental games, physical games, and even the classic high school game of Seven Minutes in Heaven.
Experience
I cannot pick just one story that I like. I actually like all the stories in this book, unlike other short story type books that I have read in the past. This is my favorite book edited by Alison Tyler so far. It's really easy to get hot and bothered when reading these. It's a great way to get ideas if your looking for new ways to spice up the bedroom. There is a few stories I plan on recreating from this book.
